Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, crumbledNutrition
- 4 1/2 oz pink crabmeatNutrition
- 16 oz boneless cod filetNutrition
- 16 oz small shrimpNutrition
- 16 oz cooked bay scallopsNutrition
- 16 oz frozen clams, mincedNutrition
- 4 cups fat free half & halfNutrition
- 1/2 tsp dried dillNutrition
- 4 cups chicken stock or seafood stockNutrition
- 1 oz bacon fatNutrition
- 8 oz celery, choppedNutrition
- 8 oz onions, dicedNutrition
- 3 lbs white potatoes, 1/2" dicedNutrition
Directions
- 1In a stockpot or large Dutch oven, sweat onion and celery in bacon fat.
- 2Add stock, bring to the boil.
- 3Add potatoes, return to boil, simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
- 4Add dill and seafood, return to boil.
- 5Add half and half and heat to 180 °F (80 °C). Add salt and pepper to taste.
