Baked Grits Wedges with Flax

  1. 1Bring 3 cups water to a boil then add grits.
  2. 2Reduce heat, cook grits 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3Remove from heat and stir in cheese, onions, mustard and ground flax seeds.
  4. 4You can grind the flax if you prefer to get a whole tablespoon per serving.
  5. 5Pour into 9-10" pie pan, lightly coated with cooking oil spray. Cover and chill till firm.
  6. 6Cut into 8 slices and arrange on baking pan lightly coated with cooking oil spray.
  7. 7Broil 8-10 minutes or until golden.
