An easy and healthy way to enjoy baked apples.

- 1Cut apple into desired slices.
- 2Put in baking dish of choice.
- 3Spray the dressing over the apple slices.
- 4Sprinkle half the cinnamon over the apples.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) in oven until desired apple consistency (some like apples crunchier than others).
- 6Right before they are ready, take them out and turn over.
- 7Sprinkle the other side with the remaining cinnamon and put back in the oven, but this time put oven on broil and let finish baking for about 3 minutes.
- 8Take out and enjoy.
