An easy and healthy way to enjoy baked apples.

  1. 1Cut apple into desired slices.
  2. 2Put in baking dish of choice.
  3. 3Spray the dressing over the apple slices.
  4. 4Sprinkle half the cinnamon over the apples.
  5. 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) in oven until desired apple consistency (some like apples crunchier than others).
  6. 6Right before they are ready, take them out and turn over.
  7. 7Sprinkle the other side with the remaining cinnamon and put back in the oven, but this time put oven on broil and let finish baking for about 3 minutes.
  8. 8Take out and enjoy.
