  1. 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with Pam.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly with hands.
  3. 3Roll into 20 meatballs and place on pan.
  4. 4Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes to until cooked through.
