Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ground basilNutrition
- 1/2 tsp ground oreganoNutrition
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 cup spaghetti sauceNutrition
- 1/3 tbsp worcestershire sauce (1 tsp)Nutrition
- 1 cup chopped broccoliNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1 cup pieces or slices mushroomsNutrition
- 1/4 cup chopped onionsNutrition
- 2 medium bell peppersNutrition
- 1/2 cup waterNutrition
- 1/3 cup brown riceNutrition
- 4 oz lean ground beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Cut tops off peppers, clean and place in 9 x 9" baking dish.
- 2In medium bowl, mix spices, broccoli, mushrooms, rice and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce.
- 3Brown ground beef and add to mixture in bowl. Mix well.
- 4Fill peppers with the filling. Pour remaining sauce on top of peppers. Pour water in dish around the peppers.
- 5Lightly cover dish with aluminum foil.
- 6Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F (175 °C).
- 7Enjoy!
