Stuffed Bell Peppers

Yummy green peppers stuffed with brown rice and veggies.

  1. 1Cut tops off peppers, clean and place in 9 x 9" baking dish.
  2. 2In medium bowl, mix spices, broccoli, mushrooms, rice and 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce.
  3. 3Brown ground beef and add to mixture in bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4Fill peppers with the filling. Pour remaining sauce on top of peppers. Pour water in dish around the peppers.
  5. 5Lightly cover dish with aluminum foil.
  6. 6Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F (175 °C).
  7. 7Enjoy!
