Directions

  1. 1In large saucepan, melt butter.
  2. 2Add onions, and saute until golden. Add mushrooms, vegetables, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Cover and simmer 15 - 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4Combine flour and water; slowly stir into vegetables.
  5. 5Add chicken stock, simmer 10 minutes.
  6. 6Just before serving, stir in cream (Do not let boil).
  7. 7Sprinkle with parmesan.
