  1. 1Slice the fresh mushrooms and add to the water and bouillon.
  2. 2Heat on medium-low until mushrooms are softened.
  3. 3Add spices, sour cream and corn starch (mixed with water).
  4. 4Reheat to a simmer on low heat.
  5. 5Add sherry to taste and a little milk to cool as desired.
