Directions
- 1Slice the fresh mushrooms and add to the water and bouillon.
- 2Heat on medium-low until mushrooms are softened.
- 3Add spices, sour cream and corn starch (mixed with water).

- 5Add sherry to taste and a little milk to cool as desired.
