  1. 1Blanch broccoli, mange tout and courgette for 1-2 minutes; drain.
  2. 2Heat the spread in frying pan and sauté garlic and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and parsley.
  3. 3Cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  4. 4Cook linguini in boiling salted water until just tender (al dente).
  5. 5Drain and mix with the vegetables, cheddar and cream.
  6. 6Heat gently and serve with salad and garnish with fresh basil.
