Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 2 tbsps parsley flakesNutrition
- 1 tbsp red pepper, crushedNutrition
- 2 tbsps italian seasoningNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 can vegetable brothNutrition
- 4 links 3 oz turkey italian sausageNutrition
- 1 stalk medium celeryNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 cup tomatoes, dicedNutrition
- 1 cup cannellini beans (white kidney beans)Nutrition
- 16 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 3 cans chicken brothNutrition
- 1 cup red kidney beansNutrition
- 1/2 lb lean ground beefNutrition
Directions
- 1Chop onion, garlic, and celery.
- 2Put olive oil, onion, garlic, celery parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper in large pot and sauté until vegetables are soft.
- 3Add turkey Italian sausage and ground beef, and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- 4Once meat is cooked with vegetables and seasonings - add chicken broth, vegetable broth, cannellini or white kidney beans, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- 5Bring to light boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 6Serve hot topped with parmesan cheese.
- 7There will be plenty to freeze, so when you've got nothing to eat throw it in the microwave.
