  1. 1Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
  2. 2Spray pan with cooking spray (like Pam).
  3. 3Sauté minced garlic over medium heat for 30 seconds or so.
  4. 4Add vegetables, seasonings, water and balsamic vinegar.
  5. 5Stir to coat vegetables.
  6. 6Cover pan with lid and steam for 10-15 minutes until just tender. Stir occasionally.
