Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakesNutrition
- 1/4 tsp kosher saltNutrition
- 1 tsp Italian seasoningNutrition
- 1 tsp lemon juiceNutrition
- 2 tbsps balsamic vinegarNutrition
- 2 tbsps apple cider vinegarNutrition
- 1/4 cup turbinado raw cane sugarNutrition
- 1/3 cup tap waterNutrition
- 1/4 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp garlic, finely mincedNutrition
- 1 tbsp onions, finely mincedNutrition
- 2 tbsps parsley, finely choppedNutrition
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oilNutrition
- 1 tbsp sweet red peppers, finely mincedNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a large mason jar with a well-fitting lid. Seal and shake vigorously. (You can also whisk oil into vinegar mixture in a large bowl to emulsify before pouring into jar).
- 2Store refrigerated and it will last 2 weeks or so. Give a good shake before each use.
- 3Note: feel free to experiment. Decrease the oil, use honey in place of turbinado or add more spice with the dried herbs and pepper.
