- 1Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- 2Slice potato in half, then slice lengthwise into sticks.
- 3In a large bowl, mix olive oil and ginger. Add potato sticks, and stir by hand to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- 4Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
