- 3/4 small stalk celeryNutrition

Directions
- 1Put all ingredients together in soup pot and cook on high until it starts to boil stirring occasionally.
- 2Lower heat to medium and cook until done.
- 3Add water as pot water evaporates while cooking.
- 4Cooking time usually runs about 3-4 hours.
