Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp chili powderNutrition
- 1 small bell pepper, choppedNutrition
- 4 medium chicken breastsNutrition
- 4 cups green beansNutrition
- 1 tsp pepperNutrition
- 4 cups chicken stockNutrition
- 1 cup celery, choppedNutrition
- 1 small onion, finely choppedNutrition
- 2 jalapenos, seeded, thinly slicedNutrition
- 28 oz diced tomatoes juiceNutrition
- 4 oz green chiliesNutrition
Directions
- 1In a non stick frying pan saute the onion and bell pepper.
- 2Add the chicken breasts. When the breasts are cooked, cut into small bite size pieces.
- 3In a pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- 4After boiling, reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
