  1. 1In a non stick frying pan saute the onion and bell pepper.
  2. 2Add the chicken breasts. When the breasts are cooked, cut into small bite size pieces.
  3. 3In a pot, add all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4After boiling, reduce to a simmer for 1 hour.
