- 1Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- 2Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
- 3Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.
