  1. 1Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
  2. 2Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
  3. 3Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.
