Turkey Sausage & Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheeseNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 4 large egg whitesNutrition
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 1 dash black pepperNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 package frozen spinach, drainedNutrition
- 1 crust, single 9" pie crustNutrition
- 1/2 cup skim milkNutrition
- 5 oz turkey breakfast sausageNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook crust to manufacturer's directions. Cool before pouring mixture into it.
- 2Preheat oven to 425 °F (210 °C).
- 3Beat eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheddar, milk, cooked sausage, and spinach together. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Pour over cooled crust and place in oven.
- 5Bake for 15 minutes at 425 °F.
- 6Reduce temperature to 370 °F (190 °C). and bake quiche for another 20 minutes until middle is firm.
