  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2Cut the top off the red pepper and remove all seeds and insides.
  3. 3Mix the meat with black pepper and salt.
  4. 4Fill the red pepper with the meat, cover with foil, and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Add cheese on top when the meat has browned and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
