Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsps curry powderNutrition
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 3/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp thyme, crushedNutrition

- 8 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken, skinless (or drumsticks)Nutrition

- 3 tsps ginger, gratedNutrition
- 1 large onion, choppedNutrition

- 1 medium white potatoNutrition
- 1 cup waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix together curry powder, thyme, scallion, hot pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, ginger, onion, and salt.
- 2Sprinkle seasoning mixture on chicken.
- 3Marinate for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
- 4Heat oil in skillet over medium flame. Add chicken and sauté.
- 5Add water and allow chicken to cook over medium flame for 30 minutes.
- 6Add diced potatoes and cook for an added 30 minutes.
- 7Add onions and cook for 15 minutes more or until meat is tender.
