  1. 1Heat oil on low-medium flame in a medium sauce pan.
  2. 2Add mushrooms, red pepper and zucchini.
  3. 3Cook till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4Lower temperature and add cream cheese, milk, oregano and salt.
  5. 5Stir frequently till cream cheese is melted.
  6. 6Add parmesan and pasta.
  7. 7Serve hot.
