Ingredients
- 4 tbsps parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 tsp leaves oreganoNutrition
- 1/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilNutrition

- 6 oz crimini mushroomsNutrition
- 1 cup chopped red pepperNutrition

Directions
- 1Heat oil on low-medium flame in a medium sauce pan.
- 2Add mushrooms, red pepper and zucchini.
- 3Cook till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- 4Lower temperature and add cream cheese, milk, oregano and salt.
- 5Stir frequently till cream cheese is melted.
- 6Add parmesan and pasta.
- 7Serve hot.
