Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup fluid heavy whipping creamNutrition
- 1/3 cup sour creamNutrition
- 4 tbsps butterNutrition
- 1 tsp dried dill weedNutrition
- 1 tbsp paprikaNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 2 cups chicken brothNutrition
- 1 tbsp lemon juiceNutrition
- 2 cups chopped onionNutrition
- 1 tbsp soy sauceNutrition
- 1 lb mushroomsNutrition
Directions
- 1Melt butter over medium heat, using a large pot.
- 2Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 more minutes.
- 4Stir in the chicken broth, paprika, soy sauce and dill weed. Reduce to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- 5Pour heavy cream into soup and blend well. Simmer, covered, for 10 more minutes.
- 6Stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice and sour cream.
- 7Heat through for 4 or 5 minutes
- 8Serve hot and enjoy!
