Shrimp and Vegetable Pasta

  1. 1Cook pasta as per package instructions.
  2. 2Cook shrimp in a separate skillet or bake in oven (if not precooked).
  3. 3In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms and broccoli.
  4. 4Add peppers and stir. Vegetables should be crisp but cooked. Add basil and oregano.
  5. 5When pasta is cooked, drain well and return to pot.
  6. 6Add margarine and stir.
  7. 7Portion pasta to plates, spoon out the vegetables and shrimp and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Add parsley.
