Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Clean mushrooms and remove stem. Place on baking sheet bottom up.
  2. 2Shell and devein shrimp. Wash and pat dry.
  3. 3Chop shrimp finely, along with garlic.
  4. 4Sprinkle shrimp and garlic mixture with paprika.
  5. 5Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
  6. 6When oil is hot add shrimp and garlic mixture.
  7. 7Cook until shrimp is cooked thoroughly. Should only take a few minutes.
  8. 8Stuff mushrooms with shrimp mixture. Top with just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
