Turkey and Vegetable Stir Fry
This delectable gobbler stir fry is a healthy twist on a favorite meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 3 1/2 2 oz servings smoked turkey sausage, dicedNutrition
- 2 cups asparagusNutrition
- 2 cups chopped broccoliNutrition
- 2 cups cauliflowerNutrition
- 3 tsps garlicNutrition
- 1 cup pieces or slices mushroomsNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepperNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped orange bell pepperNutrition
- 3/4 large yellow pepperNutrition
- 1/4 cup waterNutrition
Directions
- 1In a large sauté or fry pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and add the chopped turkey sausage (1/2 package), brown.
- 2Add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until onions aldente.
- 3Add a tablespoon of olive oil, heat and add vegetables, and then water and seasoning salt.
- 4Cover and steam vegetables until bright in color, with some crisp left in them.
- 5Stir and enjoy!
- 6Note: you can easily add other vegetables to your liking and a bit of Italian seasoning or other spices if you like.
