  1. 1Rinse quinoa then place in saucepan with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. 2Wash and chop vegetables, then put in a lightly greased skillet. Stir fry until crisp-tender.
  3. 3Add soy sauce and desired seasoning, then mix in quinoa.
  4. 4Put in smoked turkey and stir for a few minutes.
