Ingredients
- 1/4 cup less sodium soy sauceNutrition
- 1 cup sugar snap peasNutrition
- 1/2 cup dry quinoaNutrition
- 2 cups cooked mushrooms (fat not added in cooking)Nutrition
- 1 cup chopped young green onionsNutrition
- 1 bunch broccoliNutrition
- 1 cup chopped sweet red peppersNutrition
- 12 oz turkey light or dark meat (skin and bone removed, smoked, cooked)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Rinse quinoa then place in saucepan with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2Wash and chop vegetables, then put in a lightly greased skillet. Stir fry until crisp-tender.
- 3Add soy sauce and desired seasoning, then mix in quinoa.
- 4Put in smoked turkey and stir for a few minutes.
