Meatballs and Mushroom Soup

  1. 1Create about 25 meatballs from ground turkey and add them to a 5 quart pot of boiling water.
  2. 2After meatballs rise to the top, add brown rice, potatoes, carrots and spices.
  3. 3Cook for around 40 minutes. In the meantime, brown chopped oyster mushrooms in butter and add to soup.
  4. 4At the end add a cup of chopped spring onions and dill and turn off the stove. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
