Meatballs and Mushroom Soup
Turkey meatball soup with rice, mushrooms, potatoes and carrots.

- 1Create about 25 meatballs from ground turkey and add them to a 5 quart pot of boiling water.
- 2After meatballs rise to the top, add brown rice, potatoes, carrots and spices.
- 3Cook for around 40 minutes. In the meantime, brown chopped oyster mushrooms in butter and add to soup.
- 4At the end add a cup of chopped spring onions and dill and turn off the stove. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
