- 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- 2Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
- 3Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
- 4Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- 5Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
- 6Note: freezes well for later use.
