Directions

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. 2Combine all ingredients and pepper to taste in a bowl, and mix thoroughly.
  3. 3Roll into 1 1/2" balls or drop by spoonfuls onto a cooking sheet.
  4. 4Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  5. 5Makes 50 to 60 meatballs.
  6. 6Note: freezes well for later use.
