- 1Chop scallions and mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste
- 2Round meat between palms to make meatballs any size you'd like.
- 3Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
- 4Fry meat balls on each side until brown.
- 5Covering the meatballs while they cook will make them cook a bit faster.
