Directions

  1. 1Chop scallions and mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste
  2. 2Round meat between palms to make meatballs any size you'd like.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
  4. 4Fry meat balls on each side until brown.
  5. 5Covering the meatballs while they cook will make them cook a bit faster.
