- 45 g peanut butter chipsNutrition
- 5 1/4 tbsps organic virgin coconut oilNutrition
- 126 g semi-sweet mini chocolate chipsNutrition
- 1 cup almond meal flourNutrition
- 2 3/4 fl oz 2% fat milkNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 1/2 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tsp vanilla extractNutrition
- 2 medium bananasNutrition
- 3 tsps baking powder (sodium aluminum sulfate, double acting)Nutrition
- 1 1/2 cups oatsNutrition
- 2 3/4 oz maple syrupNutrition
Directions
- 1Mash the bananas and beat with wet ingredients.
- 2Grind the oats to powder. Mix the dry ingredients.
- 3Combine the two mixtures until smooth.
- 4Fold in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- 5Distribute evenly on lightly greased muffin tins.
- 6Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- 7Let cool before removing from muffin tins.
