  1. 1In a blender grind the oats into flour, pulsing the blender until the oats are the consistency of flour.
  2. 2Mix wet and dry ingredients. Allow to stand 1 minute to allow the baking powder to work. Do not over mix (If too thin add oat flour, if too thick add milk).
  3. 3Fry on a non stick pan or griddle at 350 °F (175° C). Garnish as desired.
