  1. 1In large bowl, combine the oats, flour, sweetener (like Splenda), salt and baking powder.
  2. 2Combine the eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice; add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  3. 3Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
  4. 4Cook until second side is golden brown.
