Directions

  1. 1Chop the onion in to very small pieces.
  2. 2Mix egg whites, corn and onions in a bowl.
  3. 3Spray a small pan with non-stick spray.
  4. 4Pour ingredients in to the pan and add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic power.
  5. 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) until brown on top.
