  1. 1Fry bacon and chop into pieces. Set aside. Reserve a teaspoon or so of the grease.
  2. 2Chop cabbage, mushrooms, and green onion while bacon is cooking. Add to bacon grease. Fry until vegetables are soft. Set aside.
  3. 3Whisk eggs and scramble. Add vegetable mixture and bacon to the eggs and mix together. Sprinkle pepper and add soy sauce.
  4. 4Enjoy!
