  1. 1Thickly chop onion, cut zucchini in quarters, mushrooms in halves, broccoli in small flowerets and finely chop the garlic and chili.
  2. 2Place in oven dish (with lid), pour over olive oil and season to taste.
  3. 3Bake in oven at 355 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes and serve.
