Directions
- 1Thickly chop onion, cut zucchini in quarters, mushrooms in halves, broccoli in small flowerets and finely chop the garlic and chili.
- 2Place in oven dish (with lid), pour over olive oil and season to taste.
- 3Bake in oven at 355 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes and serve.
