Ingredients
- 1 dash black pepperNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp mild chili sauceNutrition
- 12 oz lean pork, cut in stripsNutrition
- 1 medium carrot, cut in matchsticksNutrition
- 2 oz baby sweet cornNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, crushedNutrition
- 2 medium courgettes, cut in matchsticksNutrition
- 1 medium red pepper, cut in stripsNutrition
- 2 oz cashew nutsNutrition
- 2 tbsps vegetable fat spread, reduced calorieNutrition
- 9 oz cooked riceNutrition
Directions
- 1Melt the spread in a wok or large frying pan, add the garlic and cook, stirring, until soft.
- 2Add the pork and stir fry over a moderately high heat until no longer pink.
- 3Add the vegetables and stir fry for about 5 minutes until just cooked.
- 4Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
- 5Serve with rice.
