Directions
- 1Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- 2Arrange onions over top.
- 3Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder, and stock.
- 4Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour or until done.
- 5While chicken is cooking, baste with juices occasionally.
