Directions

  1. 1Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  2. 2Arrange onions over top.
  3. 3Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder, and stock.
  4. 4Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 hour or until done.
  5. 5While chicken is cooking, baste with juices occasionally.
