  1. 1Mince the beef and turkey meat yourself (if possible) to ensure leaner cuts.
  2. 2Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  3. 3Separate mix into four equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  4. 4Grill until ready, approximately 6-8 minutes per side (about 6 minutes on George Foreman grill).
  5. 5Freeze any unused mixture.
