Directions
- 1Mince the beef and turkey meat yourself (if possible) to ensure leaner cuts.
- 2Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- 3Separate mix into four equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- 4Grill until ready, approximately 6-8 minutes per side (about 6 minutes on George Foreman grill).
- 5Freeze any unused mixture.
