Slow Cooker Barbecued Ribs

- 1Spray 6-8 qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs, sliced onion and minced garlic in slow cooker.
- 2Cover, cook on low setting 8-10 hours.
- 3Drain and discard juices from slow cooker. Take meat out first, wipe edge of cooker clean and put meat back in.
- 4In measuring cup, combine barbecue sauce (reduced sugar if available) and jam. Mix well.
- 5Pour or spoon mixture over ribs, coating evenly.
- 6Cover, cook on high for 25-30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. Serve sauce with ribs.
- 7Note: the nutrition facts don't take into consideration all the fat and juices that you discard. Enjoy!
