Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

- 1Cut steak into cubes or strips and sear.
- 2Meanwhile, add stock, salt and pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup to slow cooker.
- 3Add seared meat and juices to cooker, cook on low for 6 hours.
- 4Turn slow cooker to high and add wine and fresh, sliced mushrooms.
- 5Whisk the flour with 1/3 cup water and add, cooking for 15 minutes.
- 6Stir in sour cream before serving.
- 7Note: serve over egg noodles, wild rice or mashed potatoes.
