  1. 1Cut steak into cubes or strips and sear.
  2. 2Meanwhile, add stock, salt and pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup to slow cooker.
  3. 3Add seared meat and juices to cooker, cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. 4Turn slow cooker to high and add wine and fresh, sliced mushrooms.
  5. 5Whisk the flour with 1/3 cup water and add, cooking for 15 minutes.
  6. 6Stir in sour cream before serving.
  7. 7Note: serve over egg noodles, wild rice or mashed potatoes.
