Ingredients
- 10 parsley sprigsNutrition
- 1 smoked chicken sausage, slicedNutrition
- 8 oz chicken breastNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 1 cube chicken bouillonNutrition
- 2 cups chicken brothNutrition
- 1 cup savoy cabbage, shreddedNutrition
- 1 leek, choppedNutrition
- 1 cup fennel, slicedNutrition
- 8 oz mushrooms, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1In a large pot heat oil, add leek and saute 2 minutes.
- 2Add fennel and mushrooms, saute until wilted. Add cabbage.
- 3Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces and cook until mostly white.
- 4Add sausage, saute another minute until incorporated.
- 5Add broth, bouillon cube, parsley, salt and pepper. Boil for 5 minutes.
- 6Garnish with parsley and serve.
- 7Note: other meats such as ground chicken and turkey kielbasa can be used.
