  1. 1Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the cooked rice.
  2. 2Scramble the egg whites and whole egg together in a bowl and add to rice. Mix well.
  3. 3Add your favorite mixed vegetables.
  4. 4Cook until heated all the way through.
  5. 5Note: if making as a main dinner dish, cut up and add chicken. If too dry, add a little soy sauce or some chicken broth.
