Garden Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 2 tbsps apple cider vinegarNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups penne rigateNutrition
- 1 large whole tomatoNutrition
- 2 tsps leaves basilNutrition
- 1 dash black pepperNutrition
- 1 large cucumberNutrition
- 3 large mushroomsNutrition
- 1 large yellow sweet pepperNutrition
- 1 stalk broccoliNutrition
Directions
- 1Boil the pasta until cooked, drain, rinse well and set aside.
- 2Chop peppers, slice cucumber and mushrooms, then cut tomato into wedges.
- 3Cut flowerets from broccoli and steam for three minutes or until bright green. Remove broccoli and plunge into cold water.
- 4Place prepared veggies and cooled pasta together in a mixing bowl, mix in oil, vinegar, and seasonings.
- 5Chill well before serving.
