  1. 1Boil the pasta until cooked, drain, rinse well and set aside.
  2. 2Chop peppers, slice cucumber and mushrooms, then cut tomato into wedges.
  3. 3Cut flowerets from broccoli and steam for three minutes or until bright green. Remove broccoli and plunge into cold water.
  4. 4Place prepared veggies and cooled pasta together in a mixing bowl, mix in oil, vinegar, and seasonings.
  5. 5Chill well before serving.
