Ingredients
- 6 tbsp french fried onionsNutrition
- 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaiseNutrition
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 2 cups condensed cream of mushroom soupNutrition
- 1/2 lb mozzarella cheeseNutrition
- 8 oz carrotsNutrition
- 1 bunch broccoliNutrition
- 1 head small cauliflowerNutrition
Directions
- 1Steam vegetables until al dente.
- 2Add mushroom soup, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and pepper together.
- 3Mix with vegetables in casserole dish.
- 4Sprinkles with mozzarella and then french fried onions.
- 5Bake until golden brown on 350 °F (175 °C).
