- 2Chop basil.
- 3Chop and cook down spinach.
- 4Cut steamed broccoli.
- 5Put egg and basil mix into muffin tin.
- 6Add a decent pinch of spinach and broccoli.
- 7Make sure all is coated.
- 8350 °F (175 °C) for roughly 18-22 minutes.
