  1. 1Drain spinach really well. You can use a potato ricer.
  2. 2Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3Spray skillet with cooking spray (such as Pam) or olive oil.
  4. 4Flatten the spinach mix in the pan.
  5. 5Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.
  6. 6If needed, garnish with low fat ranch dressing.
