- 1Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- 2Make a well in the center.
- 3Crack egg into the well, and remaining wet ingredients including finely chopped spinach.
- 4Mix center wet ingredients with a fork, gradually bringing in dry ingredients.
- 5When mixture has come together, flour a table or workbench and gently knead the dough.
- 6Wrap in cling wrap. and leave to 'relax' for a good 20 minutes.
- 7Use a pasta maker to roll and cut dough.
