  1. 1Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. 2Make a well in the center.
  3. 3Crack egg into the well, and remaining wet ingredients including finely chopped spinach.
  4. 4Mix center wet ingredients with a fork, gradually bringing in dry ingredients.
  5. 5When mixture has come together, flour a table or workbench and gently knead the dough.
  6. 6Wrap in cling wrap. and leave to 'relax' for a good 20 minutes.
  7. 7Use a pasta maker to roll and cut dough.
