Peanut Butter Loaf
Tired of peanut butter sandwiches, here is a new twist with vegetarian sandwich filling.

Ingredients
- 1/8 tsp garlic saltNutrition
- 1/8 tsp seasoned saltNutrition
- 1 cup milkNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1 cup ketchupNutrition
- 1 tbsp flourNutrition
- 1 cup cottage cheeseNutrition
- 1/2 tsp sageNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onion, mincedNutrition
- 1 cup peanut butterNutrition
- 1 cup crushed soda cracker crumbsNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix ingredients.
- 2Prepare a bread pan by greasing and sprinkling with sesame seeds. Or if you don't care for sesame seeds, line pan with foil with enough up the sides for handles, grease well.
- 3Spoon in mixture and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325° F (160° C) oven.
- 4Chill, remove loaf from pan and slice for sandwiches.
- 5Note: great with homemade whole wheat bread, slices of fresh tomato and lettuce.
