Directions

  1. 1Place water in a large stock pot and add onions. Cover to boil.
  2. 2Add lentils and barley to boil for 10 minutes.
  3. 3Add all other vegetables to boiling water. Boil on high for another 5-10 minutes (time varies depending on how crisp you like your vegetables).
  4. 4Turn off stove add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
