Directions
- 1Place water in a large stock pot and add onions. Cover to boil.
- 2Add lentils and barley to boil for 10 minutes.
- 3Add all other vegetables to boiling water. Boil on high for another 5-10 minutes (time varies depending on how crisp you like your vegetables).
- 4Turn off stove add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
