Sweet Crab Corn Chowder

  1. 1Wash and chop white part of leek.
  2. 2Sauté leeks in olive oil and butter until tender. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Approximately 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add corn and a little of the juice from can.
  4. 4Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Add to pot.
  5. 5Slowly add broth until potatoes are tender. Add any remaining broth. Stir in crab delight.
  6. 6Season with salt, pepper, onion powder. Stir in half and half. Heat to desired temperature.
  7. 7Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg.
