Baked Cauliflower Gratin

Directions
- 1Open cauliflower and separate the flowers.
- 2Cook on medium-low with milk for 10 minutes, set aside.
- 3Cook onion, garlic and margarine until onion is soft.
- 4When cauliflower is soft add this to the onion mix, mix softly.
- 5Put mix in a 10x12" casserole dish sprayed with some oil.
- 6Add cheddar cheese on top and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 350° F (175° C).
