All Seed Crackers
These low carb crackers are amazing in that it's just seeds, water and spices.

Ingredients
Directions
- 1Mix together the 4 seeds in a bowl.
- 2Mix together water, garlic, onion powder, salt and other herbs and spices to taste.
- 3Pour water mixture into seed mixture. Stir until thick.
- 4Spread mixture on a baking sheet with back of spoon to 1/4" thick.
- 5Bake at 325 °F (165 °C) for 30 minutes. Remove and slice into crackers. Flip crackers with a spatula and bake for another 25-30 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Bottoms will be golden brown.
- 6Allow to cool completely on baking sheet. Enjoy.
